Sad news
Long-time Bundoora Tennis Club member Maureen Ellks passed away last week. Maureen was a club member for over 45 years, club secretary 1971-72, a keen player in the Midweek Ladies' competition and an active member of the BTC Ladies Committee over many years. Our sympathy to Maureen's family at this sad time.
GP TENNIS MASTERCLASS – VOLLEYING
GP Tennis is offering a free Masterclass in Volleying for Bundoora Tennis Club members aged 18 and over. It's happening on MONDAY 13th OCTOBER 7-9pm. Bookings are essential; session limited to 24 participants. Book now!

GP Tennis will be running a UTR Tournament at Bundoora Tennis Club on Thursday 25th September from 5:30pm. Singles Prize Money Draw for players with UTR 6-12; Round Robin Medal event for players with UTR 3-6. This tournament is suited to all players aged 18 and over. RMIT Osteo & Chiro clinics
In addition to the Thursday evening RMIT chiropractic treatments, Bundoora TC members, families and registered FoBTCs can now also receive complimentary osteopathy treatments on Monday evenings, starting on Monday 21st July. Sessions run from 6 till 8pm... just turn up and let the fourth and fifth year students attend to your aches and pains.
Another Junior into the world rankings
Bundoora TC junior member Aarya Khore recently competed in the Noumea J30 Junior World Tennis event in New Caledonia and he's now made it into the junior world rankings. Aarya impressed the younger BTC juniors at our recent Club Championships as he practised with a member of BTC's State Grade pennant team.
